Payments for insurance services, consulting engagements, advisory solutions, and related professional services are governed by individual service agreements and applicable California insurance and business regulations. All payment terms will be clearly communicated prior to service engagement.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility may vary depending on several factors, including:

- The stage of consulting progress at time of cancellation
- Underwriting review status
- Administrative costs already incurred
- Cancellation timing relative to service commencement
- Terms specified in signed service agreements
3. Service Cancellations
Clients requesting cancellation of services should contact our office as soon as possible. Clients requesting cancellations may remain responsible for:
- Administrative fees incurred prior to cancellation
- Consultation expenses already rendered
- Document preparation and processing costs
- Operational charges already incurred on behalf of the client

4. Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds
Where applicable and at our discretion, partial or pro-rated refunds may be issued based on the portion of services completed, work performed, and operational costs already incurred. Pro-rated refund calculations will be based on the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to:
- Administrative processing fees
- Underwriting expenses paid to insurance carriers
- Consultation fees for completed advisory sessions
- Document preparation and filing charges
- Third-party operational costs incurred on behalf of the client

Approved refunds will be processed in a timely manner. Processing timelines may vary and typically require several business days depending on financial institutions, payment processors, and the nature of the original payment method. Boman & Associates will communicate expected refund timelines upon approval.

8. No Guarantee of Refunds
